All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Athens, Greece.
Shipping in Greece is free with all couriers for orders over 300 euros (except for same-day delivery). You have also the option to pickup your order from our Athens Store or a Box Now locker of your choice within the next working day.
International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the client's responsibility where they apply. Please note that for orders shipped to the USA, there are no import taxes and duties for purchases below 800 us dollars (approximately 750 euros).
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. AESTHET shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm (CET). Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.
GIFTS
During the checkout, you have the possibility to choose if you want your order, or some items in your order, to be sent as gifts with an extra charge of 3 euros. This includes a gift packaging and a gift exchange card with instructions on how to exchange the gift with another item. You can also write a personal message that will be included in your gift on a handwritten card.
You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient's details in the Shipping Address during the checkout and you will be informed by email when the gift has been delivered. The order's invoice will be sent only to you by email.
If you are not sure what to choose as a gift, you also have the option to offer a Gift Card.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be unused and in perfect condition, in their original packaging with security tag and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the initial order shipping address.
Shipping fees and customs duties and taxes are NOT refundable.
Return fees are charged according to the below table. Where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.
Please note that returns are not possible from countries outside the E.U. except for non-sale items returning from the rest of Europe and Partner Countries (Bahrain, Canada, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA).

Returns cannot be accepted for seasonal or customized items that have been labelled “Non-Returnable” in the product description. Items marked “Final Sale” are also not eligible for return.
AESTHET reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. All orders must be returned with the same courier company they were delivered and with the use of our account. We cannot accept any returns by post or any other shipping companies. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Return Instructions
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just select one of the following options to create a return and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
When we receive your return request, you will receive an email confirming your return request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.
Gift Returns
If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the instructions in the Gift Exchange Card included in your gift. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
