RETURN POLICY
This Return Policy applies to purchases completed through the AESTHET online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may request an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and exclusions set out below.
Orders collected from a physical store are subject to our store return and exchange policy, as explained in the “Store Pickup” section below.
Once your return request has been submitted and approved, the items must be shipped back to AESTHET within 7 calendar days.
Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the items are received and inspected. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund, as indicated in the table below.
For orders shipped outside the European Union on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, customs duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. Depending on the destination country, customers may be eligible to reclaim these amounts from their local customs authority following the return of the goods. Customers should contact their local customs office directly for information regarding eligibility and the applicable procedure.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
All returned items must be in their original condition (unused and unworn), in their original packaging, with the security tag and designer labels still attached.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items specially sourced or restocked upon customer request, made-to-order products, or any other products identified as “Non-Returnable”, except in the case of defective products or where a right of return or withdrawal is required by applicable law.
Please note that returns from countries outside the European Union are only accepted for non-sale items and only from the destinations indicated in the table below.
AESTHET reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or not sent in accordance with the return instructions. Returns that do not comply with our Return Policy may be refused and sent back to the original shipping address.
STORE PICKUP
Orders collected from an AESTHET physical store are subject to our physical-store return and exchange policy.
Under our physical-store policy, eligible items may only be exchanged for another item or returned in exchange for store credit within 14 calendar days of purchase. Store credit is valid for 12 months and may be used toward a future purchase at an AESTHET physical store or online. Refunds are not available for orders that have been collected at an AESTHET physical store, except in the case of defective or non-conforming products or where otherwise required by applicable law.
RETURN FEES
Return shipping fees apply according to the table below. Where complimentary returns are offered, this policy is limited to one exchange per order. A return fee will apply to each subsequent return shipment related to the same initial order.

Product Exchange
Items may be exchanged for a different size or a different style, subject to availability.
Store Credit
Store credit will be credited directly to your account and may be used for future online purchases during checkout as well as in our physical stores. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 3 working days from the date they have been received, after they have been inspected and accepted. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that, depending on the payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account. For orders paid via IRIS or cash on delivery, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer during the return process. In such cases, AESTHET is not responsible for any incoming bank charges applied by the recipient’s bank.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order using the button below or through your account order history. A return request link is also available at the footer of our homepage.
After submitting your return request, you will receive an email confirming your request together with instructions on how to arrange your return.
Please note that the item(s) must be shipped back to AESTHET within 7 days after your return request has been approved.
When your returned package has been accepted after inspection, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, simply follow the instructions included in the Gift Exchange Card enclosed with your order.
Gift items may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value or returned for store credit. Refunds are not available for gift returns.
